Sometimes the game temporarily does not display the advertisement as available because there are no ads stocks in Google Ads Network. We recommend you try again after a couple of hours.
If you are having trouble viewing ads on your Mobile, please try the following steps:
- Make sure you have a stable/strong connection to the Internet (WiFi is recommended)
- Ensure you don't have too many apps running in the background
- Check to see if there are any privacy settings/settings on your device that restrict you from viewing ads
- Check that your Internet provider/region does not restrict ads, or your modem/provider doesn't throttle ads or ad content

- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Privacy
- Tap on Ads
- Tap on Reset advertising ID
- Turn off Ad Personalization
[For iOS]
- Go to Settings > Screen Time.
- Tap Turn On Screen Time.
- Tap Continue.
- Select This is My [device] or This is My Child's [device].
- Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions, then Turn on Content & Privacy Restrictions.
- Permit Apple Advertising.
